Our customers’ personal information and payment transactions are encrypted and protected using TLS (Transport Layer Security) technology and P2P technology in order to prevent phishing scams. We also conduct regular security checks in accordance with local regulatory requirements.

KME Forex Korea users need to undergo account verification in accordance with the Foreign Exchange Transaction Act. through OCR verification

• 1. ID verification
• a. Passport
• b. Alien registration card (ARC)
• c. Korean driver’s license
• d. Korean national card
• * Expired passports cannot be used.
• * You must use the same alien registration card as the one used when opening a bank account.

If you cannot get OTP in email or mobile number, please check the following.

• 1. Check your email ID or phone number
• 2. Check your mobile carrier information
• 3. Call customer support

Verification may be rejected in following cases

• 1. Black-and white photos
• 2. Blurred image
• 3. Reflected photo
• 4. Wrongly choose id card
• 5. Expired ID cards
• Re-take the image and wait for verification.

The transfer limit is $5,000 per transaction and $50,000 per year. The annual limit is based on the total amount of money transferred by the sender, regardless of receiving country, for one year.

Yes, if you plan on sending big amounts (KRW 10,000,000 and above), please contact our CS Center before making a transfer request so we can give you a FREE transfer fee for all your transactions! Plus, we will also send you a special gift package.

Some service countries allow transfers to a corporate recipient account. However, other countries do not. Please check the list below for countries that do not allow corporate recipient accounts.

KME Forex Korea can refund transactions upon the request of the sender if:

Incomplete transactions

• 1. KME Forex Korea will refund incomplete transactions that has been refunded to KME Forex Korea from the beneficiary bank or personnel in the event that the Sender submitted invalid bank information and has no other means to provide the correct information or reprocess it through another pay-out method.
• 2. KME Forex Korea will refund the transaction if KME Forex Korea has not been able to complete the transaction after 15 days from the date of receipt of the sender's initial deposit.
  Bank & E-wallet transactions that are completed by the system but contain invalid bank information submitted by the sender may not be refunded. Nevertheless, KME Forex Korea will do its best to assist the recipient in retrieving the amount.
