Article 5 (Rights and Obligations of Information Owners and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them)

① The information subject may exercise his /her right to view, correct, delete, or stop processing personal information at any time with respect to the Company.

② The right to be issued in accordance with paragraph (1) may be made in writing, by e-mail, or through a fax, etc., in accordance with Article 41(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and the Prabu will act without delay.

③ The right to be reserved under paragraph (1) may be made through an agent such as a legal representative of the information state or a authorized party. In this case, you will need to submit a power of attorney in accordance with form 11 of the "Information Processing Information Report (No. 2020-7)" annex.

④ The request to view and process personal information may be restricted by Article 35, Paragraph 4, And Article 37, Paragraph 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

⑤ If the request for correction and deletion of personal information is specified in other laws and regulations as the purpose for which the personal information is collected, the deletion of personal information may not be requested.

⑥ The Company shall verify whether the person who made the request, such as a request for reading, correction or deletion, or a request for a processing delay, is the person who made the request according to the rights of the information owner or is a legitimate agent.

Article6(Destruction of Personal Information)

① The Company destroys personal information without delay if it becomes unnecessary, such as the lapse of the retention period of personal information and the achievement of the purpose of processing.

② If the personal information retention period agreed by the information recipient has elapsed or the purpose of processing has been achieved, the personal information must be retained in accordance with other laws and regulations, the personal information shall be transferred to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different storage location.
