PRABU SMALL SEA SHIPPING SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Article 1 — Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply between Prabu (the “Company”) and customers (the “Customers”) who use the Small Sea Shipping Service (the “Service”).

Article 2 — Real Name Transactions

The customer must conduct transactions under their real name and provide necessary documents such as real name verification upon request.

Article 3 — Remittance

Residents (Korean): USD 5,000 per transaction; USD 100,000 annually.

Foreigners / Non-residents: USD 5,000 per transaction; USD 50,000 annually.

Article 4 — Designated Accounts

Customers must use designated accounts registered by the Company for sending and receiving funds.

Article 5 — Fees

The Company charges service fees, which are published and updated on the homepage.

Article 6 — Applicable Exchange Rate

The Company provides exchange rate information before processing transactions and updates it regularly on the homepage.

Article 7 — Payment and Receipt

The Company converts funds and processes transfers to the recipient as requested.

Article 8 — Required Period

The Company provides estimated processing time for payments and receipts.

Article 9 — Change or Cancellation

Customers may request changes or cancellations before processing is completed.

Article 10 — Notification

The Company notifies customers once the transfer is completed.

Article 11 — Compensation

The Company compensates damages caused due to its fault according to applicable laws.

Article 12 — Reimbursement

Customers can request refunds if transfers are not completed within 15 days without their fault.

Article 13 — Dispute Handling

The Company provides procedures to handle customer disputes and complaints.

Article 14 — Record Preservation

Transaction records are maintained for 5 years.

Article 15 — Confidentiality

Customer information is protected and not shared without consent unless required by law.

Article 16 — Terms Provision

The Company provides and explains terms to customers through electronic or physical means.

Article 17 — Applicable Law

These terms follow relevant laws such as the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act.

Article 18 — Jurisdiction

Disputes are resolved through agreement or civil court jurisdiction.
